Our Services
Panel Shop
Our main repair area is 1600m² under roof and comprises of five dedicated work bays with an overhead gantry which allows for the easy removal of any and all large components such as accident damaged truck cabs. Some of the additional equipment is a sheet metal bending machine which allows us to fabricate a large number of body panels in-house, thus reducing repair costs and down time.
Spray Shop
Our spray shop area is 500m² under roof and is complemented with a pressurised spray booth to ensure the best quality spray paint finish, to be in line with the original factor finish.
Chassis Repairs
Our chassis repair area is 400m² under roof and is full equipped with Celette jigging, allowing us to do all accident damaged chassis straightening repairs on all makes of commercial vehicles as well as all makes of trailers.
Power Commercials
Our maintenance and mechanical repairs workshop area is 460m² and is equipped with Castrol oil and lube equipment. With the latest Bosch Diagnostic equipment, we are able to quickly and accurately diagnose any problem our clients’ vehicles may have. The workshop comprises of four 18m long service bays in addition we also offer a steam cleaning bay as well as a vehicle wash bay allowing us to deliver the client’s vehicle back in a neat condition.
Used Spares
As a value added benefit, we offer a larger selection of used spares to our clients. These range from body parts to a variety of mechanical components.
